Leads a neighborhood canvassing team by recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and managing canvassers. Sets performance goals, tracks KPIs, conducts field training and ride-alongs, motivates employees, provides feedback, develops recruiting strategies, and partners with leadership to improve team production. The role requires significant outdoor field involvement alongside in-office work.

Conduct outside sales for home improvement products using company-provided appointments. Meet with prospective customers, challenge assumptions, present solutions, achieve sales goals, and earn compensation through salary and commission. The role includes paid training, a company vehicle, gas card, benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule with every other Saturday.
