Leads data governance for acquired-company integrations, embedding ownership, stewardship, quality, metadata, lineage, retention, privacy, legal holds, and compliant data use across structured and unstructured content. Establishes data inventories, quality rules, retention and disposal processes, governance controls, and readiness metrics. Partners with business, technology, legal, privacy, risk, security, and implementation teams, while producing executive reporting and supporting governance technology adoption.

Leads M&A tax planning, consulting, compliance, and due diligence engagements. Manages and mentors team members, oversees client communications and deadlines, analyzes tax attributes and IRC Section 382 limitations, reviews transaction documents and financial models, researches tax issues, supports tax authority responses, and contributes to business development. Requires substantial federal tax experience, M&A tax expertise, CPA or active law license, tax return knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and travel as needed.
