Performs buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for middle-market transactions, analyzing income statements, balance sheets, operational data, working capital, debt, and sustainable earnings. Develops Quality of Earnings and tailored transaction advisory reports, identifies risks, proposes adjustments, and supports valuation and transaction decisions. The role also includes supervising and mentoring associates, supporting business development, managing client engagements, and meeting utilization targets.

Leads end-to-end external audits for banking and financial services clients, covering planning, risk assessment, controls, loan portfolios, treasury operations, testing, documentation, and conclusions. Coordinates with international engagement teams and clients, resolves issues, reviews deliverables, and supervises and mentors junior staff while ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and firm methodology.

Provides insurance-focused financial accounting advisory services, including statutory accounting, compliance, financial reporting, IFRS and Irish or UK GAAP advice, finance process support, transitions, process optimization, and automation. Candidates need accounting experience, preferably in insurance, a recognized accounting qualification, strong reporting knowledge, and experience advising senior stakeholders.
