Finance Intern supporting financial analysis, sales forecasting, budgeting, forecasting, monthly and quarterly reporting, historical data maintenance, accounting, controller activities, and process improvement projects. The role requires strong Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills while pursuing a finance-related degree.

Provides administrative, financial, and operational support, including cash reconciliation, cheque processing, credit-card information management, customer account dispute resolution, returns and refunds, office supply inventory, freight-cost tracking, document management, and general departmental assistance. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, customer service, communication, computer proficiency, reporting skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities independently.

Supports enterprise applications, SQL Server databases, and Windows Server environments in a manufacturing organization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application, integration, and data issues; managing SQL scripts, jobs, permissions, backups, replication, SSRS, and SSIS; monitoring servers, services, IIS, and scheduled tasks; resolving user support tickets; and maintaining data integrity through Synergy RMS and ISAM utilities.

Supports IT infrastructure, HelpDesk activities, enterprise resource planning systems, hardware and software maintenance, equipment inventory, troubleshooting, security reviews, backups, and application performance testing. The intern assists users and remote facilities, installs and configures equipment, resolves technical issues, collaborates with vendors and IT professionals, and gains exposure to system administration, information security, and enterprise applications.
