Leads Executive Assistants, supports Board and Executive Committee operations, prepares briefings and speeches, follows up on actions, and challenges senior leaders constructively. Requires political awareness, senior stakeholder relationship management, problem-solving ability, and experience operating in complex governance environments.

Leads the finance function as deputy to the Finance Director, overseeing financial controls, reporting, forecasting, programme estimate scrutiny, stakeholder relationships, and finance team development. The role supports a major public-sector infrastructure programme through robust financial management, planning, analysis, systems management, and continuous improvement.
