Supports the Transformation Office through enterprise KPI reporting, performance analysis, executive dashboards, governance materials, and strategic insights. The role identifies risks and opportunities, validates initiative updates, tracks decisions and action items, and prepares executive, board, and investor-ready reporting. It partners with Finance and senior leaders to connect transformation progress with business outcomes and uses Power BI to develop dashboards.

Own short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts across SKUs, customers, and channels. Lead demand planning within S&OP, evaluate forecast accuracy, incorporate commercial and new-product signals, and translate demand into supply and capacity requirements. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Inventory teams to identify risks and scenarios. Improve forecasting processes, governance, tools, documentation, and planning capabilities in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Leads lifecycle and growth marketing across prescription customer journeys, driving activation, conversion, retention, repeat behavior, and lifetime value. Owns segmentation, personalization, site merchandising, promotions, experimentation, and performance analytics across prescriber and pet owner audiences. Partners with Product, Marketing, Data Automation, Business Intelligence, and Customer Care teams to optimize digital experiences, reduce churn, improve conversion, and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Leads daily warehouse logistics operations across dispensing and materials departments, providing floor leadership, coaching, training, workflow prioritization, and performance oversight. Participates in picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, material handling, and order accuracy verification. Coordinates staffing and third-party shipping, troubleshoots operational issues, supports lean improvements, and escalates concerns. Ensures safety, quality, compliance, and productivity standards while serving as a peer resource and role model.
