Supervises an eBilling team, organizes workflows, manages productivity and training, and resolves complex electronic invoice reductions and rejections. The role analyzes rejection trends, coordinates resubmissions and appeals, interprets client billing guidelines, supports billing and collections teams, and manages deadlines across major eBilling platforms. It also requires Excel reporting, LEDES file manipulation, technical troubleshooting, client communication, and process improvements in a fast-paced legal billing environment.

Provides high-level executive and administrative support to law firm partners, including calendar and travel management, correspondence, expenses, billing coordination, client onboarding, business development, meeting preparation, and event logistics. The role coordinates across internal departments, supports client relationships and initiatives, manages confidential information, and helps prioritize partner and practice activities.

Leads complex legal matter and portfolio management, overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, reporting, profitability, and client delivery. Advises partners and senior clients, coordinates internal departments and vendors, improves processes, and mentors legal project managers and analysts. The role requires advanced financial analysis, stakeholder management, project planning, and experience managing high-value legal matters within a law firm.

Analyzes conflicts of interest for new clients, matters, and lateral hires; resolves issues through waivers and ethics wall memoranda; reviews engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines; advises partners on professional responsibility matters; supervises clearance analysts; maintains conflict records; conducts corporate research; and supports screening procedures, orientations, and legal operations initiatives.

Leads Gibson Dunn’s firmwide legal innovation and AI strategy, including AI deployment, vendor portfolio management, custom solutions, governance, risk, training, adoption, and executive reporting. Oversees generative AI tools, RAG pipelines, integrations, evaluation standards, responsible AI frameworks, and multidisciplinary teams. Advises firm leadership on competitiveness, pricing, talent, client expectations, and regulatory obligations while building the firm’s internal AI capabilities and market presence.
