The Legal Technology and AI Attorney will support the Investment Funds practice by identifying, designing, testing, and implementing AI-enabled legal workflows, automation tools, prompt libraries, and knowledge management resources. The role combines transactional legal expertise with technology experimentation, vendor collaboration, attorney training, template and precedent management, and development of practical guidance for lawyers and AI-assisted systems. Candidates must be licensed attorneys with 3–5 years of Investment Funds or related transactional experience and demonstrated interest in technology and workflow design.

Supports attorneys and paralegals throughout complex litigation and appeals, including case management, court filings, discovery, document review and production, docketing, deposition and trial preparation, appellate records, cite-checking, and oral argument materials. Coordinates vendors, prepares charts and indices, manages deadlines, and completes timekeeping. Requires trial experience, knowledge of California and federal court procedures, and proficiency with legal research, document management, eDiscovery, and office software.

Supports business development and visibility initiatives for M&A, private equity, media and entertainment, and life sciences practices. Creates pitch documents, deal lists, matter descriptions, and other marketing collateral; supports legal directory, award, conference, sponsorship, and client relationship activities. Collaborates with CRM, market intelligence, directories, and business development teams on deal submissions, client targeting, research, and strategic projects.

Owns data stewardship for corporate transactions and regulatory matters, ensuring accurate, consistent, secure data across firm systems. Responsibilities include designing metadata models, resolving data quality issues, auditing dashboards, supporting migrations, verifying transactional information with attorneys, organizing data for due diligence, and assisting with governance policies. The role collaborates with knowledge management, information governance, records management, attorneys, and business services teams.

Supports the legal billing team by researching and resolving partner WIP, accounts receivable, on-account, and trust inventories. Reviews aging reports, coordinates balance applications, assists with write-offs and reconciliations, tracks escalated items, and collaborates with Finance, Collections, New Matters, and Pricing teams. The role also supports complex billing matters, communicates fee agreement details, and participates in ad hoc finance operations projects.

Administer Slack Enterprise Grid, Microsoft Teams, and Lark in a regulated legal environment. Manage identity lifecycle, SSO, SCIM, governance, retention, legal holds, eDiscovery, DLP, app and bot approvals, data residency, and compliance controls. Develop and govern Lark bots, support cross-platform data-flow security reviews, maintain audit processes, document policies, train users, and coordinate vendor support. The role requires extensive enterprise collaboration-platform administration experience, including production Lark expertise and Microsoft identity and compliance administration.

Legal Technology and AI Attorney supporting the International Disputes Practice Group. The role applies AI, automation, document analysis, knowledge management, and emerging technologies to litigation, arbitration, and other contentious matters. Responsibilities include evaluating and implementing tools, developing legal workflows and knowledge assets, improving precedents, training attorneys and staff, and advising lawyers on practical technology-enabled solutions. Candidates must be qualified in England and Wales with at least four years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Processes legal conflict searches using internal databases and external research sources. Reviews intake requests, researches corporate structures, analyzes conflicts data, identifies and escalates issues, communicates findings to attorneys and firm personnel, and ensures reports are accurate and timely. The role also supports process improvements, team coordination, training, and confidential information handling within a fast-paced legal environment.

Leads the firm-wide security operations program, overseeing threat hunting, detection, incident response, malware analysis, threat intelligence, SIEM administration, and security technology selection. Serves as the final escalation point for security incidents, advises leadership on emerging threats, develops security policies and processes, and provides technical leadership and mentoring to information security professionals.

Support attorneys throughout complex litigation, from case initiation through trial. Responsibilities include case management, calendaring, court filings, discovery, document review and production, cite checking, deposition and trial preparation, document organization, reporting, vendor coordination, and litigation logistics.
