Supports attorneys and litigation paralegals with personal injury and property damage cases. Responsibilities include obtaining and organizing medical records and bills, auditing liens, preparing deposition and trial materials, drafting subpoenas and other court documents, e-filing in Missouri’s E-Portal, maintaining case files and calendars, communicating with clients and counsel, and coordinating appointments and transportation.

Supervise accounts payable and receivable staff, review general ledger accounts and financial statements, prepare journal entries and financial reports, support audits, identify discrepancies, and improve accounting procedures. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring GAAP compliance, providing staff feedback, and delivering timely reporting to firm leadership.

Maintains case files and attorney calendars while managing a fast-paced workload and coordinating depositions, hearings, conferences, and meetings.
