Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions, including scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform configuration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, conduct code reviews, debug issues, create test cases, document functionality, and ensure software quality. The role requires knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and at least one of ITOM, ITAM, or HRSD, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Provides first-line and remote technical support for end users, troubleshooting Windows applications, hardware, software, networks, mobile devices, and IT services. Manages user permissions, documents incidents and resolutions, escalates unresolved issues, supports service providers, and contributes to IT infrastructure projects and process improvements. The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with occasional staggered shifts.
