Serves as the primary HR advisor for assigned country programs, supporting HR Coordinators, operations teams, and headquarters stakeholders. Provides guidance on HR policies, workforce planning, people management, leadership development, performance management, and staff engagement. Translates HR frameworks into locally relevant solutions, monitors HR standards, coordinates headquarters support, contributes to policy improvement, and conducts field visits. The role requires prior MSF HR Coordinator experience in both field and headquarters environments.

Perform daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, cash and bank transactions, payments, month-end close, reporting, and financial administration. Provide support for domestic and international payments, bank transfers, reimbursements, and finance queries. Liaise with banks, monitor chart-of-accounts compliance, strengthen financial controls, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements in an international humanitarian organization.

Leads the global FP&A function across headquarters and country programs, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, business partnering, risk management, internal controls, funding coordination, and emergency-ready financial support. The role manages 13 finance professionals, advises senior leadership, strengthens financial stewardship, supports organizational change, and represents FP&A in strategic and governance forums.
