Build and ship end-to-end product features for an AI platform automating regulated banking processes. Responsibilities include designing APIs, data models, and interfaces; developing services across the application stack; integrating AI agent capabilities; writing tests; ensuring observability and reliability; deploying to production; and solving customer problems. The role requires close collaboration with founders and engineers in a fast-paced, regulated fintech environment.

Own complex software engineering outcomes from ambiguous business problems through production delivery. Design scalable, service-oriented systems for regulated banking workflows, build critical components hands-on, integrate LLM and agentic tooling with deterministic controls, and establish quality-focused development practices. Mentor mid-level engineers through design reviews, clear work breakdowns, and coaching while maintaining strong customer and business focus.
