Senior Product Designer responsible for shaping UX strategy, visual language, and design systems for an emerging SaaS product catalog. The role involves designing sophisticated user journeys, creating high-fidelity briefs and flows, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science, contributing to product marketing and brand expression, and mentoring designers.

Curate and manage book storefronts and editorial programs across Spain, Italy, San Marino, or Poland. Write and review culturally relevant copy, tag content, assess publisher submissions, develop promotions, and maintain publisher relationships. The role uses cultural insights, qualitative and quantitative data, and publishing expertise to improve recommendations and connect listeners with books across genres. Collaboration with regional and global teams is also required.

Supports future client assignments by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with departments, maintaining attention to detail, and helping improve administrative processes. The role requires flexibility, initiative, strong communication, multitasking ability, and experience in administrative work within a larger international organization.

Perform manual, exploratory, regression, and integration testing across devices and companion apps. Set up devices, maintain test cases, document reproducible bugs, verify partner fixes and software releases, summarize certification outcomes, identify recurring quality issues, and recommend process improvements. The role also supports an on-site device showroom and requires communication with external partners.

Own product marketing strategy across the self-serve funnel, including positioning, onboarding, activation, lifecycle messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and community advocacy. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions, improve conversion and expansion, support enterprise sales, and develop reusable messaging and proof points.
