Supports end-to-end post-trade processing for institutional investment portfolios, including trade matching, allocation, transmission, settlement, break resolution, and settlement instruction maintenance. Coordinates with global brokers and custodians, assists with commission reporting and soft-dollar budgeting, supports client onboarding, and contributes to process improvement and projects. Requires strong Excel skills, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.

Prepares and completes RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs; drafts and improves proposal responses; maintains proposal and consultant databases; supports reporting and marketing-material consistency; and collaborates with subject matter experts across investment business areas.

Lead implementation and operation of identity governance and privileged access management programs. Administer Saviynt and CyberArk, automate joiner-mover-leaver workflows and access reviews, design RBAC and ABAC models, onboard applications and privileged accounts, investigate identity risks, produce governance reporting, support audits, and advise technical and business stakeholders on identity security controls.
