Partner with compliance, investment, legal, operations, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable processes, coordinate implementations and testing, improve efficiency, and support strategic operational risk initiatives.

Designs and manages scalable data integration pipelines, governance controls, semantic enrichment, and orchestration systems for enterprise AI and analytics. The role enables LLM, RAG, embedding, and multi-agent workflows; implements security, privacy, compliance, observability, auditability, guardrails, and monitoring for autonomous AI systems. Responsibilities include building connectors and APIs, detecting drift and hallucinations, documenting reusable integration patterns, and collaborating with AI engineers, governance teams, and business stakeholders.

Supports pooled fund trading and segregated client mandates, coordinating with trade desks to execute transactions within tight deadlines. Performs ADL calculations and transaction cost analysis, onboards accounts, products, and counterparties, and manages custodian and broker relationships to ensure timely settlement. Partners with systems and technology teams to automate and improve trade support processes, systems, and data while reducing operational risk.

Supports fixed-income portfolio managers and trade desks with execution, processing, and settlement of debt securities, money market instruments, derivatives, and foreign exchange transactions. Responsibilities include onboarding accounts, products, and counterparties; managing custodian and broker relationships; ensuring timely settlement; improving trade-support processes; maintaining systems and data; and collaborating with technology teams on automation and efficiency improvements.

Manage complex institutional investment portfolio reconciliations across cash, transactions, holdings, derivatives, and alternative investments. Investigate discrepancies, coordinate with custodians and prime brokers, support audits, safeguard portfolio data, oversee data feeds, and lead automation, control, and scalability initiatives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts while driving accurate, timely, and reliable operational services.

Process and validate institutional investment cash flow instructions, perform reconciliations and quality controls, identify operational risks, and improve automated workflows. The role serves as an operational contact for internal and external stakeholders and supports scalable portfolio operations through data, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
