Process corporate actions across equity and fixed-income portfolios, from event announcement through reconciliation. Gather information from Bloomberg, investor relations, and custodians; accurately record mergers, dividends, rights issues, spin-offs, redemptions, and security pay-downs in the portfolio accounting system. Communicate with custodians, portfolio managers, and internal teams to investigate and resolve cash and holdings discrepancies.

Lead the organization’s tax function across corporate, partnership, trust, public-market, and private-market fund structures. Responsibilities include tax compliance, strategic planning, reorganizations, cross-border tax guidance, risk mitigation, legislation monitoring, fund-flow and adjusted-cost-base analysis, withholding-tax calculations, and management of external advisors and government auditors. Build and operationalize an investment constraints governance framework, including processes, controls, workflows, documentation, and lifecycle oversight. Partner with compliance, front-office, legal, product, operations, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
