Assists Key Account Managers with day-to-day client account management for retail and consumer goods customers. Responsibilities include preparing revenue and sales reports, tracking products and promotions, creating PowerPoint presentations, maintaining Excel sales files, coordinating between retail chains, account managers, and customer service, preparing meetings, and scheduling appointments and deliveries. Requires French and Dutch fluency, strong Microsoft Office skills, independence, and relevant key account assistant experience.

Provide first-line functional support for e-commerce applications across France and Italy. Coordinate incident resolution with business and IT stakeholders, document support procedures, identify recurring issues, and drive service improvements. Support stable ECOM and direct-to-consumer operations while maintaining clear communication and follow-up. The role requires application support experience, basic database and SQL knowledge, familiarity with Quable, Shopify, Klaviyo, retail infrastructure, functional data flows, and project methodologies.
