Leads the Career Services Department, supervising staff and managing career development, employer engagement, graduate placement, and workforce partnership initiatives. Monitors KPIs, placement outcomes, reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements. Develops employer relationships, coordinates recruiting events, oversees career-readiness programming, analyzes labor-market trends, and drives continuous improvement aligned with institutional goals.

The Vice President of Academic Affairs leads academic strategy, program quality, curriculum development, faculty recruitment and evaluation, accreditation, assessment, student success, governance, budgeting, and strategic planning. The role oversees academic programs and faculty, supports continuous improvement and industry alignment, contributes to accreditation efforts including WSCUC, ACCSC, and ABET, and may teach courses. Occasional evening availability is required.

Serves as the primary front-desk contact, greeting visitors, managing calls, routing inquiries, and supporting students and external stakeholders. Provides administrative assistance to Admissions, Student Services, Education, and Career Services; maintains student, applicant, graduate, and employment records; performs data entry; prepares reports and spreadsheets; coordinates follow-ups; and manages office supplies. The role is part-time, on-site, and requires strong organization, communication, professionalism, and multitasking skills.
