Own the full sales cycle for AdClear’s US market, from prospecting and pipeline generation through closing complex enterprise B2B SaaS deals. Grow existing Fortune 500 accounts, run QBRs, identify expansion opportunities, navigate compliance, legal, and marketing stakeholders, maintain accurate forecasts, and build a repeatable US sales playbook for future hires.

Own Adclear’s full-cycle UK sales motion, from ICP definition and outbound prospecting through discovery, pilots, closing, and retainer conversion. Build the CRM, sequencing, reporting infrastructure, and commercial playbook needed to scale beyond founder-led sales. Partner with founders on pricing, positioning, and GTM strategy while generating pipeline through phone, email, LinkedIn, events, content, and inbound signals. The role may later build and lead the commercial team.

Own full-stack product delivery from specification through production, building frontend-first features, backend APIs, integrations, and AI-powered workflows. Develop compliance review interfaces, model-in-the-loop experiences, browser extensions, dashboards, and integrations with customer tools. Work independently with founders, designers, and AI engineers, make product trade-offs, ship continuously, and own outcomes after launch.

Own the complete product design experience as Adclear’s first dedicated designer, covering research, UX, UI, prototyping, design systems, and shipped product. Partner closely with the CTO to shape roadmap priorities, scope releases, and develop new product lines. Conduct customer research with compliance teams and marketers, design complex regulated workflows, establish design processes, collaborate with engineering, and eventually build and lead the design function.

Build Adclear’s US growth engine from the ground up, owning full-funnel demand generation across paid, organic, lifecycle, experimentation, positioning, content, attribution, and sales alignment. The role will develop measurable pipeline growth, create scalable marketing infrastructure, collaborate with clients on testimonials, and document a repeatable growth playbook for future marketing hires.
