The role requires designing complex workflows, edge cases, error states, and complete operational experiences.

Own the inbound sales cycle for SMB merchants across France and Europe, qualifying leads, managing the pipeline, converting opportunities, and guiding prospects through their first transaction. Meet performance targets while delivering a strong customer experience, developing expertise in retail, e-commerce, finance, and payments, and improving sales techniques through coaching and feedback.

Translate market, buyer, regulatory, technology, and competitive insights into sales arguments, case studies, pitch frameworks, ROI presentations, battle cards, and enablement content. Train revenue teams through pitch clinics and role plays, track asset adoption, and improve field usage. Build AI agents and automated workflows using Dust and LLMs for market monitoring, content auditing, generation, and contextual content delivery.

Drive mid-market growth in Italy by researching markets, generating and converting leads, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, closing new business, and building strategic partnerships. The position is based in Milan with a hybrid schedule and occasional travel to Paris.

Generate prospect lists with Growth and Marketing, implement follow-up strategies, identify merchant needs, and secure qualified appointments for Account Executives.
