The Grant Writer researches funding opportunities, develops and submits grant proposals, manages post-award reporting, and maintains grant records. The role collaborates with program and finance teams to gather data, ensure compliance, steward funders, and support fundraising initiatives serving older adults. It also uses AI-assisted tools for research, writing, editing, and reporting, coordinates funder meetings and site visits, and represents the organization at community engagements.

Provides Level 1 onsite and remote technical support for Windows and macOS endpoints, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, mobile devices, printers, business applications, and managed endpoints. Responsibilities include deployment, troubleshooting, repairs, imaging, asset management, cabling support, account and MFA troubleshooting, basic security triage, PowerShell remediation, and technical documentation. The role requires lifting equipment and supporting users across enterprise environments.
