Drives adoption and implementation of the National Virtual School programme across assigned schools. Conducts frequent school visits, on-site and virtual training, onboarding, basic technical troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, timetable alignment, participation monitoring, and reporting. Serves as the primary liaison between One Academy and school personnel, gathers engagement data, identifies adoption barriers, promotes educational solutions, and collaborates with the Operations Manager on interventions and programme improvements.
