The role partners with Creative, Merchandising, Technical Design, Production, mills, and factories to deliver commercially viable products on schedule while balancing creativity, quality, cost, fit, and brand direction.

Leads CRM, lifecycle marketing, email, SMS, loyalty, customer data, deliverability, personalization, testing, and retention strategies across multiple apparel brands. Owns CRM revenue targets, P&L contribution, budgets, dashboards, CDP strategy, lifecycle automation, compliance, and loyalty programs. Partners with Ecommerce, Analytics, Creative, and Marketing teams, manages agencies and vendors, and develops the CRM team.

Leads technical design for Joe’s Jeans, including garment specifications, fit evaluations, sample tracking, fittings, technical sketches, construction details, and vendor comments. Maintains fit standards and logs, adapts specifications for seasonal fabrics, collaborates with design and cross-functional teams, and ensures production timelines. Requires strong garment construction, pattern, fitting, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Excel, technical package systems, and basic Gerber or sewing knowledge.
