Supports Department of Defense industrial workforce development initiatives through workforce trend analysis, labor market research, strategy development, program execution, and performance tracking. Develops reports, dashboards, executive briefings, decision papers, and strategic communications for senior leaders. Coordinates with government, industry, academia, and workforce organizations on recruitment, retention, training, apprenticeship, and pipeline initiatives. Monitors project schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, and metrics while supporting acquisition and funding documentation.

Provides senior executive and administrative support to the Office of the Secretary of War, focusing on personnel onboarding and offboarding. Responsibilities include coordinating security, CAC, NIPR, ethics, and travel requirements; managing calendars, meetings, correspondence, records, supplies, IT requests, equipment, and SharePoint updates; and supporting office operations, leadership initiatives, and special projects while ensuring compliance with federal policies.

Supports the Advana data platform through dashboard development, data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, reporting, and technical troubleshooting. Develops QlikView and Qlik Sense applications, delivers recurring metrics briefings to senior Department of War leadership, addresses data and reporting requirements, and maintains procedural and architecture documentation. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and clear presentation of analytical findings for strategic decision-making.
