Lead federal business development capture efforts from opportunity identification through proposal transition. Develop capture and win strategies, analyze customers and competitors, coordinate technical, finance, contracts, and industry partners, support pricing and business cases, manage risks, and conduct gate reviews. The role requires strong DoD and Intelligence Community acquisition expertise, customer engagement, and leadership of cross-functional teams. Performs program and project analysis for aircraft, weapon, and product acquisition programs. Evaluates objectives, requirements, budgets, schedules, and project status; organizes and interprets program data; and applies government documentation, change-control, and data-management processes. Communicates independently with staff, customers, and organizational stakeholders at contractor and government sites.

Supports defense acquisition programs by developing milestone, acquisition, funding, and contract documentation; assessing procedures and documentation for compliance with DoD and SECNAV directives, contracts, specifications, and mission requirements; and preparing briefs, reports, correspondence, and review-board materials. The role requires independent execution, strong communication skills, a graduate degree or approved education and experience substitution, an active DoD Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship.

Analyzes budget estimates and accounting reports for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Develops cost estimates and program status reports while supporting financial management, budgeting, procurement, and obligation and expenditure planning. The role requires extensive DoD and Department of the Navy financial experience, familiarity with FMR, FAR, PPBE, NAVAIR, Foreign Military Sales, and related financial systems. It requires an active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Serves as a senior computer systems analyst, Scrum Master, and Agile coach supporting government and contractor teams. Analyzes requirements, workflows, system capabilities, data-processing problems, software options, and weapons-system program plans. Provides SAFe Practice Consultant and Solution Training Engineer instruction, prepares technical logistics data, and coordinates with government program authorities and customer-site personnel. Requires extensive systems analysis experience, Scrum Master, SPC and STE certifications, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a DoD Secret clearance.

Develop and maintain mission-critical full-stack software for a DoD program. Build Java Spring Boot microservices, React applications, REST APIs, WebSocket features, and RabbitMQ integrations. Manage databases, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, automated testing, Git workflows, technical documentation, and Agile tasking. Provide code reviews, architectural input, technical leadership, and mentorship to junior developers. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and approximately 10 weeks of travel annually.

Supports deployed DoD mission software through customer troubleshooting, product sustainment, release and patch delivery, installation and validation testing, documentation, training, and field support. Investigates logs, configurations, system behavior, and customer reports; supports Java applications and web environments; coordinates with development and support teams; and assists with issue resolution, vulnerability remediation, and operational deployments. The role requires an active Secret clearance and eligibility for Top Secret SCI with full-scope polygraph.

Performs program and project management analysis involving objectives, requirements, budgets, schedules, status tracking, business cases, and acquisition data for aircraft, weapons, and product programs. Applies government processes for documentation, change control, and data management while communicating with staff, customers, and organizational stakeholders.

Supports defense acquisition programs by drafting milestone documentation, acquisition plans, strategy reports, procurement documents, funding documents, performance work statements, CDRLs, and baseline agreements. Assesses program procedures and documentation for compliance with DoD and SECNAV directives, contracts, specifications, and mission requirements. Prepares reports, briefs, correspondence, and meeting materials while supporting government and contractor stakeholders.
