Manages complex statutory casework, interagency responses, refugee and asylum-seeker education requests, fair access processes, appeals, attendance order proceedings, budgets, data analysis, statutory returns, and digital process improvements. Requires strong knowledge of education legislation, senior service-management experience, sound judgement, and effective stakeholder communication.

Lead the two-year transformation of Kensington and Chelsea’s public safety CCTV network. Responsibilities include upgrading camera assets, fibre and network infrastructure, overseeing operational workstreams, managing budgets and service providers, coordinating community infrastructure investments, and maintaining partnerships with police, residents, councillors and the CCTV control room. The role also provides technical guidance, manages risks and contracts, and ensures compliance with relevant surveillance and data protection legislation.
