Supports daily accounting operations, including cash management, bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, transaction processing, reporting, and month-end and year-end close activities. Supports business development and clinical recruiting for an anesthesia staffing company. Responsibilities include researching prospective healthcare clients, conducting outbound outreach, maintaining pipelines, sourcing anesthesiologists and CRNAs, screening candidates, presenting assignments, coordinating interviews, documenting activity in tracking systems, and supporting recruitment through onboarding.
