Leads technical delivery of roadway design projects across Georgia, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Mentors engineers, guides design approaches and software selection, collaborates with project managers, and serves as a technical resource across projects. The role also supports roadway practice growth through innovation and technical leadership. Candidates need a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, at least seven years of roadway engineering experience, MicroStation proficiency, and preferably GDOT and OpenRoads Designer experience.

Designs civil roadway projects according to PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission standards. Creates project schedules and work plans, manages budgets and project teams, mentors junior staff, coordinates with clients and public agencies, supports strategic growth, leads project pursuits, and ensures compliant, reviewable deliverables. Requires progressive transportation design experience, a Pennsylvania PE license or near-term licensure, CADD proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
