The role requires strong distributed-systems expertise, production backend experience, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into reliable shipped solutions.

Lead growth analytics strategy by applying statistical, machine learning, and econometric methods to marketing and sales data. Build attribution models, evaluate channel performance, guide budget allocation, unify data sources, and drive experimentation across acquisition, activation, and retention. Partner with marketing, product, sales, finance, and engineering while improving data tools, processes, and decision-making practices.

Own the growth product strategy and roadmap across acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention. Lead A/B and multivariate experimentation, optimize onboarding and upsell experiences, analyze funnel and cohort data, and manage growth metrics. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and revenue operations to improve conversion, retention, and customer expansion in a product-led growth environment.

Own the architecture, administration, integration, and optimization of Spellbook’s Sales and Customer Success technology stack. Manage HubSpot and adjacent revenue tools, build workflows and automations, enforce data governance, improve GTM processes, and guide systems adoption. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, RevOps, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement to create scalable revenue infrastructure and identify AI-driven efficiencies.

Build and lead Spellbook’s post-sale operations function, including customer success reporting, renewal and churn forecasting, risk scoring, tooling, data models, and scalable business processes. Own the Customer Success technology stack, improve adoption and administrative efficiency, and connect sales, customer success, support, and product workflows. The role requires strong analytical, systems, project management, communication, and cross-functional change-management skills in a B2B software environment.

Leads and scales an outbound BDR team focused on generating mid-market and enterprise pipeline. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, setting performance expectations, designing prospecting strategies, monitoring KPIs, ensuring quota attainment, refining campaigns and messaging, maintaining CRM data quality, and partnering with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market initiatives.

Own the enterprise product strategy, vision, roadmap, and success metrics for an AI legaltech platform. Partner with engineering, design, sales, forward-deployed engineering, and customer success to build enterprise capabilities such as permissions, workflows, data residency, and integrations. Lead customer feedback, beta programs, complex deal support, onboarding, and account expansion while balancing custom enterprise needs with scalable core product development.
