Leads the Broadcast Audio and Communications team, overseeing complex live-event audio projects across multiple markets. Responsibilities include technical solution development, project delivery, budgets, schedules, labor and resource planning, operational standards, client relationships, safety and quality compliance, equipment utilization, financial performance, recruitment, and team development. The role also provides executive oversight for high-profile productions, supports sales efforts, evaluates emerging audio technologies, and drives continuous operational improvement.

Manage scenic fabrication and live event projects from award through closeout. Develop plans, coordinate clients, vendors, labor, logistics, fabrication, engineering, and operations while controlling budgets, schedules, scope changes, documentation, and project data. Monitor financial performance, oversee onsite execution and safety, manage equipment and labor requirements, support pricing and change orders, and lead reconciliation and post-project reporting. Some domestic and international travel is required.

Plans and executes corporate events, trade shows, installations, and special projects from scope definition through closeout. Manages budgets, schedules, labor, logistics, subcontractors, equipment, documentation, change orders, client communications, safety, and on-site production. Collaborates with sales, clients, crews, and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to expectations. The role requires extensive travel and management of complex, high-value event projects.
