Develop and support ETL Systems’ customized 1C:Drive ERP platform and Spectra desktop application. Responsibilities include software development, systems integration, database administration, reporting, testing, deployments, infrastructure support, and business-process automation. The role integrates ERP systems with third-party applications, Microsoft 365, production equipment, and engineering systems while supporting finance, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and sales stakeholders.

Serve as the first customer contact, responding to quote and order inquiries while supporting Sales Managers with quotations, proposals, and order processing. Maintain CRM and SharePoint records, create model numbers and product documentation, update sales resources, answer calls, and liaise with suppliers. The role requires organization, prioritization, basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills, and willingness to learn CRM and ERP systems.
