Develops and executes sales strategies for heavy industrial and energy accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery meetings, solution development, estimating, proposal presentations, objection handling, closing sales, and coordinating project development with Operations. The role requires strong B2B relationship-building, CRM proficiency, crane and rigging industry experience, and completion of company, regulatory, equipment, and potentially customer-required training.

Leads the planning, design, production, organization, and distribution of visual marketing assets across digital and print channels. Manages brand consistency, creative projects, email campaigns, digital asset libraries, printed materials, vendors, and marketing inventory. Collaborates with sales and business development teams, monitors email performance, conducts A/B testing, and represents the company at regional events and tradeshows.

Sources and attracts candidates, conducts phone screenings, reviews applications, recommends candidates, coordinates interviews, and maintains communication throughout the hiring process. Partners with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs, builds talent pipelines, maintains candidate relationships, and provides recruiting and turnover reports to support workforce planning.

Plans, manages, and completes industrial construction, lifting, rigging, and relocation projects within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. Coordinates customers, sales representatives, engineers, vendors, suppliers, contractors, crews, equipment, and field leadership. Develops schedules, monitors critical path items, identifies risks, communicates project status, reviews contracts, supports proposals, and resolves issues affecting project execution.
