The role serves as a liaison among customers, mission partners, technical teams, and leadership while overseeing complex, mission-critical data transformation efforts.

Develop and evaluate machine learning and statistical models supporting intelligence analysis. Curate, transform, and integrate data; build classifiers and anomaly detection systems; deploy and refine models in production; monitor model performance and data accuracy; collaborate with analysts and software developers; document processes and datasets; and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains mission-critical software for large-scale data processing and cloud environments. Builds AWS cloud-native applications using Java, Python, Hadoop, Accumulo, and Terraform. Analyzes network activity, vulnerabilities, threats, malicious activity, exploitation opportunities, and adversary tactics. Produces and releases intelligence reports, briefings, and operational documentation while supporting incident response, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and forensic investigations. Requires advanced cyber operations experience, intelligence reporting qualifications, strong technical analysis skills, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Provides federal budget execution and financial management support for an Intelligence Community customer. Responsibilities include obligation and expense tracking, variance analysis, OGA funding transfers, unliquidated obligation monitoring, spend plan management, trend reporting, financial governance, SOP development, policy compliance, and leadership briefings. The role uses government financial systems and advanced Excel analysis to support resource management and resolve discrepancies.
