Partners with senior leadership and international People & Culture teams to ensure competitive, compliant, and business-aligned programs. Oversees benchmarking, market intelligence, governance, M&A rewards integration, and strategic guidance across diverse regulatory environments. Represents the company externally as a total rewards thought leader and drives innovative solutions enabled by digitalization and AI.
