Supports community sales and marketing activities, coordinates resident move-ins, communicates with leadership, networks with prospects, conducts tours, maintains model suites, and helps new residents transition into services, meals, activities, housekeeping, and transportation. Follows up after move-in to address questions and concerns while completing required reports and outreach.

Provides part-time weekend office and building support for a senior living community. Responsibilities include maintaining building integrity, delivering resident customer service, addressing concerns, handling emergency procedures, using the BILD sales system, overseeing weekend activities, reporting emergencies and repair needs, and supporting the Executive Director with additional duties.
