The role requires collaboration across manufacturing systems, quality software, and documentation platforms, along with 10%–25% international travel and hands-on access to equipment.

Leads development, validation, improvement, and implementation of manufacturing processes for active implantable medical devices. Coordinates new product introduction, production transfers, equipment and tooling development, process validation, engineering changes, capital projects, and Lean initiatives. Partners cross-functionally with operations, quality, regulatory, and other departments while mentoring engineers and technicians and ensuring processes meet product, quality, and design requirements.

Supports Manufacturing Engineering projects involving process development, metrology, statistical data analysis, tooling and fixture fabrication, process documentation, validations, and continuous improvement. Works under the guidance of a Manufacturing Engineer while assisting with manufacturing procedures, training materials, engineering drawings, and quality-system compliance.

Leads business development and revenue growth for medical device product development and contract manufacturing services. Identifies and closes opportunities, builds territory strategies and sales pipelines, develops proposals and estimates, presents technical solutions, manages customer relationships, and forecasts revenue. Partners with engineering, operations, quality, and program management teams from concept through commercialization. Requires substantial medical device manufacturing sales experience, consultative selling expertise, and travel up to 40%.
