Conduct full-cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles, partnering with hiring managers, HR business partners, and stakeholders. Manages internal communications and employee engagement initiatives for U.S. offices. Develops, writes, designs, and publishes employee communications across intranets, email, newsletters, posters, banners, and digital signage. Supports HR, culture, sustainability, corporate citizenship, and security awareness programs; maintains editorial calendars and targeted distribution lists; ensures brand consistency; and collaborates with newsroom teams on internal and external storytelling campaigns.

Manage Samsung’s organic social media strategy and brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Create and capture platform-specific content, including real-time event coverage, while collaborating with creative, partnerships, and influencer teams. Monitor cultural trends, analyze social performance data, and optimize content strategy using Sprinklr and Adobe Creative Suite. The role requires managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Supports HR operations by advising managers and employees, conducting onboarding, handling policies and documentation, and coordinating dispute resolution. Oversees general affairs, facility operations, lease vehicles, vendors, invoices, space planning, employee events, SOPs, bilingual communications, and management reporting. Requires Korean-English fluency, supervisory experience, budgeting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Sources and screens active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, applicant channels, and direct sourcing. Performs failure analysis and electronics testing on mobile devices involved in product liability and safety cases. Uses X-Ray, CT, SEM, EDS, microscopes, and other test equipment to identify defects, assess design and repairability improvements, and investigate user environments. Prepares technical reports for R&D and collaborates with engineering, product management, management, and repair technicians to improve product quality, diagnostics, and repair productivity. Conducts laboratory and field inspections.
