Leads complex, enterprise-level ITS initiatives across clinical, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders. Owns project strategy, governance, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, change control, executive reporting, and benefits realization. Advises senior leadership, develops business cases and ROI analyses, ensures regulatory and patient-safety alignment, and mentors project management staff. Participates in the administrative on-call rotation.

Provides evening IT support for hardware, software, networking, LAN operations, account administration, and end-user issues. Troubleshoots and documents incidents, installs and repairs equipment, manages assets and system accounts, coordinates with vendors and technical teams, researches complex problems, creates documentation, supports process improvements, and mentors junior staff. The role is onsite and may require travel to remote locations.
