Own regional growth of healthcare referrers across Switzerland by building relationships with doctors and clinical practices, increasing referral volumes, executing field-sales campaigns, managing CRM pipelines, and re-engaging inactive referrers. Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Clinical teams on compliant sales materials and workflows. Analyze localized performance against KPIs, provide market intelligence, and escalate commercial risks with actionable recommendations.

Evolve and implement Oviva’s visual identity across brand touchpoints. Develop design systems, campaign concepts, storyboards, moodboards, static and motion assets, performance creatives, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate critiques, maintain brand consistency, iterate designs using data and testing, and support scalable AI-enabled workflows. The role also mentors external contributors and helps stakeholders apply brand guidelines effectively.
