Drives revenue growth for GPU cloud computing and colocation services by developing sales strategies, managing the pipeline, acquiring and retaining strategic customers, and reporting performance to executives. Analyzes market trends, presents growth opportunities, collaborates cross-functionally, manages sales activity budgets, and represents the company at industry events and conferences. The role also supports investor communications, business research, and corporate reporting.

Leads integrated master scheduling and portfolio delivery for multiple hyperscale data center projects across Texas and Oklahoma. Oversees capacity planning, forecasting, critical paths, risk mitigation, contractor schedule governance, capital phasing, executive reporting, and cross-functional accountability. Builds scheduling standards, dashboards, heat maps, scenario models, and a high-performing scheduling team while coordinating infrastructure delivery through energization, commissioning, IT fit-out, and operational handover.

Owns strategic enterprise customer relationships for AI and HPC infrastructure services. The role translates infrastructure, utilization, and performance analytics into business insights, leads executive reviews and QBRs, manages escalations and incidents, oversees service governance, and advises on scaling and optimization. It partners with operations, engineering, product, sales, and solutions architecture teams to drive onboarding, retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.

Oversees design reviews, validation, standards, regulatory compliance, technical risk assessments, constructability, manufacturing interfaces, and stakeholder engagement. Manages and mentors mechanical engineering teams while coordinating with other disciplines and ensuring reliable, standardized, and compliant systems across projects and regions.

Leads global People Operations governance, compliance, risk management, process excellence, and cross-functional programs. Oversees audits, regulatory obligations, policies, employee lifecycle processes, HR technology optimization, compensation and talent cycles, organizational transformations, and M&A integrations. Builds scalable operating frameworks, manages projects and dependencies, supports change adoption, and partners with Legal, Finance, Information Security, and other stakeholders across jurisdictions.
