Analyzes incidents, operational signals, metrics, logs, alerts, and dashboards across HPC GPU clusters, networks, and facilities. Identifies detection gaps, alert noise, monitoring issues, and recurring reliability risks; validates incident data and AIOps-generated insights; supports alert-routing automation, reporting, runbook updates, and observability improvements under established processes and supervision.

Leads integrated capacity and S&OP planning for AI Cloud data centers, connecting customer demand, hardware supply, supplier commitments, site capacity, deployment schedules, and capital planning. Oversees procurement operations, PR-to-PO and CLM processes, vendor risk governance, supplier onboarding, cost optimization, systems improvement, KPI reporting, and executive business reviews. Builds and leads a global team while partnering across operations, engineering, sourcing, commercial, and finance.

Leads end-to-end cost management and financial governance for a data center portfolio. Oversees budgeting, estimation, quantitative risk analysis, contingency modeling, vendor billing, change orders, capital forecasting, earned value reporting, benchmarking, and executive reporting. Establishes enterprise cost-management standards, supports procurement and contracting, maintains cost systems and data integrity, and builds a distributed cost-management team across regional operations.

Supports the design, construction, commissioning, and operation of mechanical cooling systems for HPC data centers. Reviews technical deliverables, performs HVAC, thermal, CFD, and airflow analyses, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, supports project planning, leads commissioning activities, monitors system performance, develops technical documentation, and coaches staff on mechanical and piping systems.

Designs, deploys, operates, and optimizes high-performance storage infrastructure supporting large GPU clusters and AI workloads. Responsibilities include storage networking, capacity planning, performance monitoring, resilience, incident response, root cause analysis, on-call escalation, vendor evaluation, and technical documentation. The role requires extensive production storage engineering experience, cloud platform knowledge, distributed or parallel file-system expertise, and familiarity with data center environments.

Serve as the operational partner to the Chief Product Officer and Chief Development Officer.
