Operate and maintain data center network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and related hardware. Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, maintain security, coordinate external providers, manage network projects, document procedures, and oversee on-call support. Perform advanced Level 2 incident triage across GPU clusters, networks, and facilities. Maintain operational dashboards, tune alerts, validate AIOps outputs, analyze GPU health, improve monitoring coverage, and implement automation for routing and enrichment. Ensure accurate ITSM records, incident timelines, handoffs, and RCA inputs. Partner with engineering and operations teams during escalations while coaching junior analysts and supporting 24/7 IOC operations.

Leads cross-functional infrastructure remediation and operational improvement programs across AI, GPU cloud, HPC, networking, and hyperscale data centre environments. Owns roadmaps, governance, schedules, risk management, procurement coordination, executive reporting, and operational readiness. Partners with engineering, operations, facilities, construction, procurement, security, site leadership, and OEM vendors to improve reliability, scalability, lifecycle management, and infrastructure maturity. Mentors technical program managers and advances standardized program management practices.

Leads People Relations and Business Enablement across multiple business units and geographies. Advises executives on workforce strategy, organizational design, employee relations, investigations, performance management, organizational change, and people risk. Oversees HR business partnering teams, employee lifecycle programs, leadership development, employee experience, compliance, and people-related acquisition and integration activities. Supports geographically dispersed technology, infrastructure, and industrial workforces.

Supports operational, maintenance, and capital-project procurement across data center sites. Responsibilities include sourcing materials and services, obtaining and evaluating vendor quotes, processing PRs and POs in an ERP system, tracking deliveries, expediting long-lead items, coordinating vendors, supporting inventory replenishment, managing change orders, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation and controls.

Provides Tier 2 support for cloud network incidents, monitors network performance, troubleshoots switching, routing, firewall, and interconnect issues, executes approved changes, and supports hybrid cloud connectivity. Leads incident investigations and root cause analysis, collaborates with engineers, vendors, and carriers, maintains operational documentation, mentors Tier 1 and data center technicians, and participates in on-call and major incident response rotations.

Manage large, complex data center infrastructure projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing contractors and stakeholders, defining scope and schedules, selecting and contracting vendors, overseeing quality assurance, maintaining project controls, resolving conflicts, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Lead enterprise customers in designing, deploying, benchmarking, and optimizing large-scale AI training and inference infrastructure. Create reference architectures for GPU clusters, high-speed networking, distributed storage, and Kubernetes multi-tenancy. Conduct proof-of-concepts and performance testing, optimize distributed workloads, lead technical workshops, resolve production bottlenecks, and translate customer feedback into platform requirements.
