Performs clerical, data entry, accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative duties for an automotive dealership. Maintains customer agreements, vehicle files, title verification records, reconditioning documentation, and new and used vehicle inventory records. Handles daily deposits, assists with cashiering and reception, completes account reconciliations, and supports dealership personnel. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Arrange vehicle purchase financing, present additional products, structure profitable deals, submit applications to lenders, make credit decisions, close transactions, ensure legal compliance, prepare contracts, audit completed deals, and secure timely funding. The role also manages title and registration processes and maintains required certifications.
