Owns daily contact center operations, including Talkdesk administration, campaign setup, workforce planning, KPI reporting, quality assurance, compliance, training, and process improvement. The role supports activation, pharmacy, and clinical operations by improving telephony workflows, automating reporting and QA processes, managing outreach lists, coordinating vendors, and translating operational needs into technical requirements. This is a fully remote position with a preferred evening shift and rotating Saturday coverage.

Owns full-cycle recruiting across departments, managing requisitions from workforce planning through accepted offers. Responsibilities include sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, employer branding, pipeline development, hiring forecasts, recruiting analytics, compliance, and advising leadership on staffing needs. The role also manages hiring vendors, campus and community outreach, ATS accuracy, structured interviewing, DEI initiatives, and onboarding handoffs.
