Analyze global offshore engineering markets, manage product and technology requirements, develop offshore product roadmaps, plan emerging technologies, build business cases, and define product concepts for new offshore products and technologies. The role requires deep knowledge of shipbuilding and marine platforms, strong market research and coordination skills, and effective communication with international clients.

Design and select static equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, filters, and skids. Prepare technical specifications, data sheets, calculations, procurement documents, and bid evaluations. Coordinate with vendors, supervise manufacturing and FAT inspections, and provide on-site support for installation, welding inspection, commissioning, and technical issue resolution. The role supports large-scale oil and gas and EPC projects throughout their lifecycle and requires strong analytical, reporting, financial modeling, leadership, and project cost management capabilities.

Drafts and reviews Chinese and English procurement contracts for offshore engineering projects, supports commercial negotiations, and manages contract performance throughout its lifecycle. Maintains contract templates, systems, amendments, and ledgers while coordinating with project and finance teams. Requires legal expertise, procurement contract knowledge, international trade awareness, strong English communication, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Lead full-lifecycle process engineering for FPSO topside systems across FEED, detailed EPC design, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and client delivery. Develop and approve process documentation, perform Aspen HYSYS simulations, equipment sizing, hydraulic calculations, and system optimization. Lead HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessments; coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces; evaluate vendors; resolve technical issues; ensure compliance with API, DNV, ABS, and offshore safety standards; and mentor junior engineers.

Leads end-to-end procurement for EPC marine projects, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, RFQs, bid analysis, contract negotiation, cost control, order execution, and supplier performance management. Coordinates with engineering, construction, quality, and logistics teams to meet project schedules and standards. Manages procurement staff, handles long-lead and offshore equipment sourcing, ensures trade and compliance requirements, and provides market insights.

Designs offshore topside process facilities, develops and reviews PFDs and P&IDs, performs process calculations, prepares equipment datasheets, and supports tendering and design reviews. Coordinates on-site technical activities, collaborates across disciplines, ensures engineering quality, schedule, and HSE compliance, and participates in HAZOP/HAZID studies. The role requires offshore oil and gas EPC process design experience and coordination with international project teams.

Manage multidisciplinary offshore EPC engineering design teams and coordinate internal, subcontractor, and global engineering resources. Oversee FEED, detailed design, 3D modeling, drawings, MTOs, specifications, design milestones, quality audits, and change control. Serve as the primary technical interface with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with offshore codes and regulations. Lead technical risk mitigation, design optimization, vendor evaluations, and coordination across procurement, fabrication, construction, and offshore commissioning.

Designs, models, simulates, optimizes, implements, and commissions control algorithms for servo, flow, and related systems. Collaborates with electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and testing teams to integrate control systems and improve performance and stability. Requires strong control engineering expertise, programming skills, Simulink proficiency, analytical ability, and willingness to perform on-site commissioning.
