Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery records, resolve vendor discrepancies, maintain ERP documentation, support vendor onboarding and reviews, and identify payment discounts. The role also assists with vendor negotiations and other financial activities while meeting deadlines and following company payment policies.

Supports financial accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, pricing and profitability reviews. The role maintains balance sheet integrity, supports audits and compliance, improves financial controls and reporting automation, and translates financial data into actionable business insights. It collaborates with sales and operations to validate assumptions and explain revenue, cost and margin drivers.

Supports accounts receivable operations by posting transactions, verifying invoices, reconciling customer accounts, applying payments and discounts, resolving billing discrepancies, reviewing chargebacks, and onboarding customers in the ERP system. The role also maintains accurate ledgers, follows financial policies, and collaborates with customers, sales staff, and internal managers to resolve payment and documentation issues.
