Own the post-sales customer journey from technical handoff through implementation, onboarding, hypercare, support, and account management. Configure integrations with ATS, HRIS, and ERP systems; map customer data and workflows; manage implementation timelines; troubleshoot API synchronizations; monitor account health; support renewals and expansion; and provide customer feedback to Product. Build scalable playbooks, documentation, templates, and processes while serving as the technical authority for the platform.
