Part-time instructors, teaching assistants, and tutors deliver adult education and workforce training in academic, IT, healthcare, property management, project management, and medical administration subjects. Responsibilities include classroom, virtual, laboratory, clinical, and individual instruction; certification exam preparation; student support; attendance and classroom management; and use of instructional technology. Candidates need relevant degrees, professional certifications, field experience, and—in most instructional roles—teaching, training, mentoring, or coaching experience.

Leads an evening adult education program, providing instructional leadership, classroom observations, coaching, and supervision of adjunct instructors. Monitors teaching quality, learner attendance, engagement, progress, and assessment data; coordinates interventions and learner support. Oversees evening site operations, staffing coverage, safety, issue escalation, documentation, and communication with school leadership. Maintains academic standards and supports a welcoming, accountable, learner-centered environment.
