Handles inbound sales calls, follows up with online and showroom leads, schedules and confirms sales and service appointments, tracks customer follow-up opportunities, and maintains accurate CRM records. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, computer, texting, and email skills in a fast-paced dealership environment. Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required, and training is provided.
