Engages monthly donors through outbound calls to improve retention, recover declined payments, increase giving, and provide personalized constituent care. Maintains accurate records in Salesforce and payment systems, protects donor information, handles written and phone contacts, and prepares monthly reports for leadership and marketing. The role requires persuasive communication, empathy, resilience, strong customer service, organizational skills, and alignment with the ministry’s Christian values.

Owns and continuously improves the strategy-development and portfolio-governance process for constituent-facing programs. Provides high-level administrative support to the President, Chief of Staff, and Vice President. Manages executive calendars, domestic and international travel, expense reporting, correspondence, presentations, meeting documentation, constituent communications, confidential information, events, and special projects. Coordinates across departments, responds to inquiries, prepares reports, and independently resolves administrative issues while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Provides administrative support to the General Manager and Clinical Site Director while handling property-level HR and accounting duties. Responsibilities include recruiting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee benefits communications, personnel requisitions, payroll support, purchasing, vendor setup, petty cash reconciliation, records management, IT access coordination, and key card administration. Occasional holiday and weekend work is required.

The role requires financial stewardship, market analysis, and monitoring of ministry goals and budgets.

Supports planned giving and non-cash gift administration, including bequests, charitable gift annuities, IRA distributions, securities, real estate, and business interests. Provides donor and professional advisor service, prepares illustrations and materials, processes agreements and payments, maintains accurate CRM records, coordinates reporting, and supports gift stewardship. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, judgment, and knowledge of taxation, valuation, and planned giving concepts.

Creates high-volume visual assets for podcasts and social media, including thumbnails, episode artwork, overlays, title cards, banners, and platform-native graphics. Maintains brand consistency while adapting designs for YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Analyzes performance data and A/B tests to improve engagement, manages multiple design queues, collaborates with producers and social teams, and archives reusable source assets.

Manages social media communities and short-form content for assigned podcast and ministry brands. Publishes clips, reels, and videos; writes platform-specific captions; maintains brand voice; responds to comments and messages; monitors trends; analyzes engagement metrics; manages automations and publishing calendars; and collaborates with producers, videographers, designers, and content creators on campaigns and live events.

Directs and produces graphic design, art direction, layouts, photography, and art production for print magazines, websites, and digital publications. Leads creative meetings, coordinates freelancers and photo shoots, mentors designers, manages schedules and digital assets, oversees print quality and press checks, and ensures projects meet audience, brand, mission, quality, and deadline requirements.

Leads podcasting and social media brand teams, overseeing long-form and short-form content quality, publishing schedules, editorial approvals, performance analytics, and platform optimization. Manages metadata, titles, descriptions, artwork coordination, and audience growth strategies across YouTube, podcast platforms, and social channels. Supervises and develops multidisciplinary creative staff while ensuring content reflects ministry standards, brand voice, theological accuracy, and measurable engagement goals.
